Mixed in Place

Existing asphalt is ground up in place and regraded to provide an excellent sub-base for new layers of asphalt.  This method is the most disruptive but depending on the scope of the project it will lead to the most durable end result.

Resurfacing

Asphalt resurfacing is the most affordable option.  A layer of asphalt is applied directly over your existing surface.  This method is great if you would like a quick facelift however if major cracking and potholes exist they will often reflect through and damage the new layer of asphalt in short time.

Mill and resurface

Asphalt milling is a process that involves the removal of a thin layer of asphalt from a paved surface. The primary purpose of asphalt milling is to restore the pavement’s original profile and smoothness. Milling also removes any debris or obstructions that may be present on the surface, such as potholes, cracks, and bumps. Asphalt milling is a versatile process that can be used for a variety of applications, including driveway and parking lot resurfacing, road repair, and more.If you have asphalt pavement that is in need of repair or resurfacing, milling may be the ideal solution. Asphalt milling is a budget-friendly alternative to complete removal and replacement, and it can be completed in a fraction of the time. Milling is also less disruptive than other methods of asphalt repair, such as digging up and replacing the affected area.
